Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a flash marker lamp that, although various examples of the flash marker lamp utilizing a xenon lamp light source and a light-storing body are announced, there is a limit in an irradiation range and not enough measures are taken for one that can irradiate outside for a whole periphery. SOLUTION: The light-storing body is fitted in a spiral shape around a xenon lamp light source as a flash marker lamp, and, by irradiating flash light of the xenon lamp light source and exciting light of the light-storing body as synthetic light at the same time through spiral intervals, the light is made visible from any direction around the periphery.
