Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming system and a management server therefor, and an image forming device, which simply manages whether to permit printing. SOLUTION: An image forming system includes: a seal storage function for storing one or more electronic seal images; a seal image extraction function for extracting a seal image from print data; a seal image determination function S610 which determines whether the seal image extracted by the seal image extraction function matches any of electronic seal images stored in the seal storage function; and a seal image execution function S617 for printing the print data when the extracted print image is determined to match any of one or a plurality of electronic seal images on the basis of the determination result of the seal image determination function.
