Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To subject a galvanized steel sheet to surface treatment which can prevent black stains from being formed when the galvanized steel sheet is coated with a quick-drying oil and is subjected to severe deep drawing work, and gives the galvanized steel sheet superior corrosion resistance prior and posterior to working and further such alkali resistance as not to be affected by an alkaline degreasing liquid. SOLUTION: The surface treatment liquid includes 5 to 50 pts.mass of a silane coupling agent, 0.2 to 10 pts.mass (as metallic V) of a vanadium compound, 0.2 to 10 pts.mass (as metallic Ti) of a titanium compound and 0.01 to 10 pts.mass of a wax based on 100 pts.mass of a lithium silicate of which the molar ratio of Si to Li is 1 to 4; and is applied to the galvanized steel sheet, heated and dried to form a film thereon. The surface treatment liquid may contain a compound selected from 0.2 to 10 pts.mass of an oxycarboxylic acid and an alkoxysilane, in place of or in addition to the wax. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
