Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an electrolytic solution for electropolymerization giving a highly electroconductive and highly heat-resistant electroconductive polymer; a solid electrolytic capacitor having low ESR (equivalent serial resistance) and high thermal durability using the electrolytic solution; and a method for manufacturing the capacitor. SOLUTION: The electrolytic solution for electropolymerization for forming the electroconductive polymer contains a monomer of the electroconductive polymer and a supporting electrolyte salt expressed by general formula (1), both dissolved in a solvent. The electroconductive polymer is produced using the electrolytic solution.
