SOLUTION: There are provided the sex pheromone matter of Ectomyelois pyrivorella containing at lease (Z)-9-pentadecenyl acetate and the sex attractant. In a favorable embodiment, a sex pheromone matter of pear cactus moth including (Z)-9-pentadecenyl acetate and pentadecyl acetate is provided.
