Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an anomer-selective 1-phosphorylated saccharide derivative and a nucleoside, effected with neither skeletal difference, such as furanose and pyranose, existence of substituents, such as deoxysugar, nor kinds of sugar, such as natural type and nonnatural type, and excellent in versatility. SOLUTION: A desired isomer is selectively produced by phosphorolyzing and isomerizing an anomer mixture of a 1-phosphorylated saccharide derivative while crystallizing one of the isomers to displace the equilibrium. Furthermore, by using the action of a nucleoside phosphorylase, a nucleoside is produced from the obtained 1-phosphorylated saccharide derivative and a base with improved stereoselectivity and a high yield.
