Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an image easy to watch even for a person of a different color vision type, and to save the quantity of toner to be used. SOLUTION: A color vision type setting means 12 sets a color vision type (P type, D type, T type) from a setting image and color vision type information st is output to an image correcting means 11. An image analyzing means 10 extracts color information col from an RGB signal. On the basis of the information col and st, the image correcting means 11 creates combination information of mixed colors. When converting the mixed color into any other identifiable color, such colors are selected as to reduce the quantity of toner to be used and color conversion is performed.
