Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an organic thin-film solar cell, in which a photoelectric conversion layer with good reproducibility by a flexographic printing method is obtained without being influenced even by heating nor cooling in a manufacturing process for an organic thin-film solar cell, and which ensures high production efficiency, cost reduction, and high precision and high definition. SOLUTION: The organic thin-film solar cell has the photoelectric conversion layer formed by transferring ink for the photoelectric conversion layer for the organic thin-film solar cell onto a base to be printed which has a silicone-based glass cloth composite sheet having a structure wherein a silicone-based cured body (a) and glass cloth (b) are compounded by using a flexographic printing plate made of a resin composition containing a polymer manufactured using polycarbonate diol having a specified structure, and fixing the transferred ink for the photoelectric conversion layer for the organic thin-film solar cell by drying and removing a liquid medium in the ink.
