Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic viscoelasticity measuring device capable of measuring dynamic viscoelasticity in a high-temperature, high-pressure viscoelastic fluid. SOLUTION: The dynamic viscoelasticity measuring device includes: a pedestal 30 mounted to a casing 12 having a closed space 11 for storing a high-temperature, high-pressure viscoelastic fluid 10; an oscillating rod 13 arranged through the casing 12 while one end 13a faces the closed space 11; an elastic seal member 14 that is disposed at one edge 13a of the oscillating rod 13 or in the middle of the oscillating rod 13 and seals a viscoelastic fluid leaked from a gap between the oscillating rod 13 and the pedestal 30 or gas radiated by the viscoelastic fluid; an actuator 15, where a fixed end 15a is fixed to the pedestal 30 and a free end 15b oscillates the viscoelastic fluid 10 via the oscillating rod 13; and a sensor 16 that measures at least one of distortion and stress of the viscoelastic fluid 10 and is disposed between the free end 15b of the actuator 15 and the other end 13b of the oscillating rod 13.
