SOLUTION: Fixation of an expandable tail lock 31 of the operation expandable handle 9 is released in conjunction with mounting of the cleaner body 1 in the battery charger 13. Thus, only by mounting the cleaner body 1 in the battery charger 13, the operation expandable handle 13 is easily shortened without manually operating the expandable tail lock 31.
