SOLUTION: The communication method includes a scramble-encoding step of scramble-encoding data to be transmitted from a station side communication apparatus which is connected with a plurality of subscriber side communication apparatuses via a photo-coupler by an optical fiber, to the plurality of subscriber side communication apparatuses.
