Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of contact resistance at a crimping portion where an electric wire connection part of a terminal fitting is crimped to a core wire. SOLUTION: A solder H is impregnated beforehand by immersion coating at the terminal of a core wire 11 in which the terminal of an insulating coating 13 of an aluminum wire 10 is peeled off and exposed, before the electric wire connection part 28 consisting of a wire barrel 25 and a bottom plate 22 in a female terminal fitting 20 is crimped, and after the wire connection part 28 is crimped, a resistance welding treatment is applied to the crimping portion 29 and the solder H is heated and melted and then, solidified again. The solder H is melted and wetted, and is solidified by sinking between each aluminum strands 12 to constitute the core wire 11 in addition to the interface of the core wire 11 and the wire connection part 28, and the core wire 11 itself and the wire connection part 28, and further, each aluminum strands 12 are firmly jointed.
