Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a jointed material of a resin and a magnesium alloy and an injection molding apparatus which enable both molding and jointing with a magnesium alloy even when the resin has a low softening temperature. SOLUTION: A lower mold 3 laid with a magnesium alloy 30 having a coating of a molecular adhesive and an upper mold 2 molding a resin 10 when clamped with the lower mold 3 laid with the magnesium alloy 30 are set each at different temperatures, and a jointed material 32 of the resultant resin molding 31 and the magnesium alloy 30 is manufactured. Integrated molding allowing both molding and jointing of the molding with the magnesium alloy 30 is realized by setting the mold temperature needed to joint the resin 10 with the magnesium alloy 30 through the molecular adhesive to be higher than the mold temperature needed to mold the resin 10 even when the resin 10 has a low softening temperature.
