Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital data receiver capable of switching a received service without providing uncomfortable feeling with a simple structure. SOLUTION: A digital data receiver (100) has: a first data outputting part (61) that outputs first data from a broadcasting wave of a specified channel; a second data outputting part (62) that outputs second data different from the first data from the broadcasting wave; a first detector (40) that detects reception condition of the broadcasting wave of the specified channel or the first data or the second data; a second detector (70 and 80) that detects data contents of the first data or the second data; and a controller (90) that controls so as to switch from the first data to the second data based on the detection result of the first and second detectors to output the second data.
