Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily precisely control a fuel injection quantity, in an injector used for an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: This housing assembly includes a valve element 103 for closing a fuel passage by abutting on a valve seat and opening the fuel passage by separating from the valve seat, a coil 105 and a magnetic core 101 arranged as a driving means of the valve element 103, a moving piece 102 held in a relatively displaceable state to the valve element 103, a first energizing means 106 for energizing the valve element 103 in the inverse direction of the driving force direction, a second energizing means 108 for energizing the moving piece 102 in the driving force direction by energizing force smaller than energizing force by the first energizing means 106, and a regulating means for regulating relative displacement in the driving force direction to the valve element 103 of the moving piece 102.
