SOLUTION: The mobile terminal apparatus includes: a key operation part 6; an IC function part 8 for performing communication on the settlement of a plurality of sorts of electronic money with the external; memories 7, 13 for storing charging information on the settlement of the electronic money; and a control part 10 for deciding which electronic money out of the plurality of sorts of electronic money is used for the settlement for charging information obtained by charging communication according to a condition when the IC function part 8 executes the charging communication after predetermined operation of the key operation part 6.
