Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly manage default setting of an apparatus without adding new equipment by using an existing system for collecting and setting various kinds of information of the apparatus such as an MFP (Multi Function Printer). SOLUTION: This system having an original function of collecting the various kinds of information of a plurality of apparatuses connected via a network from a server side in a state that security is secured and setting the various kinds of information to the apparatuses includes: a means associating and managing apparatus IDs of the apparatuses and various kinds of default setting of the apparatuses; a means collecting output results information from the apparatuses and calculating setting used in each apparatus with high frequency; and a means comparing the calculated setting with the various kinds of default setting and changing the default setting to the corresponding apparatus about the different default setting.
