Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of notifying quickly a contact address desired by a user as much as possible as when abnormality is generated in an air conditioner or a water heater. SOLUTION: The air conditioner 1 is provided with an abnormality detecting part 37 for detecting the presence of the abnormality in the air conditioner 1, based on a detection signal from an abnormality sensor (not shown in the figure) installed in each part of the air conditioner 1, a contact address information storage part 38 storing preliminarily a plurality of pieces of contact address information set with a priority order in response to a time zone, and a display control part 39 for displaying switchingly the pieces of contact address information on a display 36, according to the priority order set in the time zone with a time belonging to a time point when the abnormality is detected, when the abnormality of the air conditioner 1 is detected by the abnormality detecting part 37.
