PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optimized method for obtaining immunoglobulin in humanized form which is not substantially immunogenic to human, according to technique consistently based on structural data derived from crystallographic study and experimentally obtained. SOLUTION: The humanized anti-NGF antibody is a humanized anti-NGF antibody keeping binding activity to NGF or its fragment and the humanized anti-NGF antibody comprises (c) a VH region having a first CDR containing amino acid sequence GFSLTNNNVNW, a second CDR containing amino acid sequence GVWAGGATDYNSALKS and a third CDR containing amino acid sequence DGGYSSSTLYAMDA and (d) a VL region having a first CDR containing amino acid sequence RASEDIYNALA, a second CDR containing amino acid sequence HT and a third CDR containing amino acid sequence QHYFHYPRT.
