Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller cleaning device ensuring reliable cleaning with simple and inexpensive configuration. SOLUTION: In the roller cleaning device, an axial line H of a foamed body 33b of a cleaning roller 33 as a cleaning member is non-parallel to an axial line S of a roller core bar, consequently the cleaning member (cleaning roller 33) oscillates in an axial direction with reference to the roller member 31 to be cleaned, so that the local contamination on the object to be cleaned can be scraped and the local contamination of the roller member to be cleaned can be prevented.
