Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk drive device capable of safely ejecting an optical disk with a simple structure without being provided with an initialization means or a detection means for withdrawal of the optical disk in the middle of a loading operation. SOLUTION: The disk drive device 10 includes an outer diameter frame 100, a turntable 104, a main arm 400, and a main arm two-direction actuation SP 750. The main arm 400 guides the optical disk 102 onto the turntable 104 while moving along the outer circumferential part of the optical disk 102.
