PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure detection device having a high upper limit capable of measuring a temperature and a pressure of fluid, capable of detecting the pressure with high sensitivity, and a forming method of its pressure receiving part. SOLUTION: This pressure detection device 4 is equipped with a conductive member 1, an elastic thin-walled tube 2, and a detection means 3. In the conductive member 1, a conduction hole 7 penetrating from one end 5 to the other end 6 is formed, and a pressure detection hole 8 communicated with the conduction hole 7 is opened in the middle from one end 5 to the other end 6. The elastic thin-walled tube 2 is inserted into the conduction hole 7 of the conductive member 1, and a planar pressure receiving part 9 is formed thereon. The detection means 3 is equipped with a load cell 10 fixed to the conductive member 1 through a housing 31, and a connection member 11 for transferring a force applied to the pressure receiving part 9 to the load cell 10.
