Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device of a circuit board for inspecting an electric characteristic of the circuit board in an environment in which the circuit board is actually used. SOLUTION: This inspection device 10 includes a resistance value measuring part 12 as an electric characteristic measuring part for measuring a resistance value which is an electric characteristic of a circuit on the circuit board 20, a temperature measuring part 13 for measuring the temperature of the circuit board 20, a clocking part 14 for measuring a time when the resistance value measuring part 12 measures the resistance value, a memory 15 as a storage part for storing the resistance value measured by the resistance value measuring part 12 correlatively with the temperature measured by the temperature measuring part 13 and the time measured by the clocking part 14, a power source part 17 for supplying power to each part of the inspection device 10 by receiving power supply from a vehicle, and a control part 11 for controlling each part.
