SOLUTION: The organic light emitting element 100 has at least a light emitting layer 26 between a hole implantation electrode 12 and an electron implantation electrode 14, a vacuum deposition layer of a monomeric material is formed as a hole transport layer 20 between the hole implantation electrode 12 and the light emitting layer 26, and the light emitting layer 26 that uses a polymeric material as a light emitting material is formed covering the hole transport layer 20.
