Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microneedle sheet to be used for medical products and cosmetic products, at a low cost with high production efficiency, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A plurality of conical or pyramidal microneedles 2 are formed in the rear face of the sheet part 3 of the microneedle sheet 1 to be used for the medical products and the cosmetic products. The sheet part 3 made of a water-soluble resin film is welded to a microneedle part 2 made of a water-soluble polymeric substance, and then, integrally dried and solidified, so as to constitute the sheet part 3 of the microneedles 2.
