Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL device in which a high emission luminance and color reproducibility can be obtained, to provide an electronic apparatus provided with the organic EL device, and to provide a method for manufacturing of the organic EL device. SOLUTION: The organic EL device 10 is provided with a reflection layer 21, an pixel electrode 23 as a first transparent electrode, functional layers 24r, 24g, 24b including an organic luminous layer, a cathode 25 as a second transparent electrode, optical path length adjusting layers 27r, 27g, 27b, and a semitransmissive reflection layer 28 formed laminated in order on an element substrate 1. An optical resonator is constituted between the reflection layer 21 and the semitransmissive reflection layer 28. The optical path length adjusting layers 27r, 27g, 27b are set in a layer thickness so that they have an appropriate optical path length corresponding to the emission color of the organic EL element 20.
