Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display or transmit data of any expression format other than characters such as two-dimensional codes to be generated from character information by automatically changing the data at every predetermined time interval. SOLUTION: This real time data display/transmission device is provided with: an information processing part 1a; clocking devices 1c and 1d for generating time information; and an information output part 1b for displaying or transmitting information generated by the information processing part 1a. In the real time data display/transmission device, the information processing part 1a generates character string information with a parameter configured by combining a fixed character string for specifying the location of information for service provision on the Internet and a variable character string configured of one or more characters changing at every predetermined time interval based on time information to be generated by the clocking devices 1c and 1d, and converts the character string information with the parameter into data configured of any expression format other than characters, and an information output part 1b outputs the converted data.
