Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antiglare film having (1) a proper antiglare property in a front direction, (2) no white blur, and (3) no orange skin appearance on the surface on a side provided with an antiglare layer, in combination. SOLUTION: This invention relates to the antiglare film having the antiglare layer on a transparent substrate, wherein the antiglare layer contains acryl-styrene copolymer particles in a binder matrix, and the binder matrix contains an acrylic material having a hydroxyl group. The value (RA/H) obtained by dividing a mean particle diameter (RA) of the particles by a mean film thickness (H) of the antiglare layer is within a range of 0.30 to 0.80, the product ((nA-nM)×wA/wM) of the value subtracting a mean refractive index (nM) of the binder matrix from the refractive index (nA) of the particles, and the value obtained by dividing the content (wA) of the particles by the content (wM) of the binder matrix in the antiglare layer is within a range of 0.0015 to 0.003.
