PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing housing having a bearing structure capable of inhibiting uneven contact of a main shaft section of a crankshaft more than a conventional bearing structure. SOLUTION: The bearing housing 23 includes a main body section 23a, a cylindrical bearing section 32 and a support section 23b. The main body section assumes a cylindrical shape. The cylindrical bearing section lies inside the main body section as viewed in a plane. The support section extends from a central part CP1 of the cylindrical bearing section to the main body section and supports the cylindrical bearing section on the main body section.
