Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor which is improved in operation convenience by solving the problem that even when a user performs a key operation after determining that a power saving mode is restored, the key operation is made invalid. SOLUTION: This image processor is provided with a power control part for, when detecting a prescribed command signal, executing restoration processing for resuming power supply to a main system and a sub-system interrupted by a power saving function. The sub-system is provided with a storage part for storing a control command and a control part for initializing the sub-system when the power supply to the sub-system is resumed by restoration processing, and for storing the control command accepted from the outside in the storage part until the initialization of the system ends, and for transmitting the control command to the main system when the transmission to the main system is made possible.
