Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color dosimeter capable of detecting a radiation dose easily by color development generated by irradiation, and selecting a hue change to be detected. SOLUTION: This color dosimeter for detecting a radiation by color development caused by a chemical reaction includes at least an arylamine derivative and a tetrahalogenated methane or trihalogenated methane derivative. In the color dosimeter for detecting a radiation by color development generated by irradiating the derivatives with radiation, the radiation can be detected at high sensitivity and with superior reproducibility by the irradiation of the radiation of about several Gy, and observation will not be prevented, even in X-ray fluoroscopy, such as IVR.
