Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane resin composition of low-viscosity, excellent in processability and containing (meta)acrylic methyl-grafted polyether polyol, and a cured polyurethane resin which is obtained by curing the polyurethane resin composition and excellent in flexibility, heat resistance, weatherability, and mechanical strength. SOLUTION: The cured polyurethane resin composition is obtained by preparing and curing a polyurethane resin composition containing (meta)acrylic acid methyl-grafted polyether polyol obtained by making a graft reaction of (meta)acrylic acid methyl to polyether polyol under existence of 0.1-0.2 mol radical reaction initiator in relation to one hydroxyl group of polyether polyol, and polyisocyanate.
