Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide graft polyether polyol suitable as a raw material of a polyurethane resin composition which is used for obtaining a polyurethane resin-cured product excellent in flexibility, heat resistance, weatherability and mechanical strength and to provide a method for producing the graft polyether polyol. SOLUTION: The graft polyether polyol is produced by a graft reaction of (meth)acrylic ester to polyether polyol in the presence of a radical reaction initiator of <0.1 mole on the base of 1 mole hydroxyl group of the polyether polyol. The polyurethane resin-cured product obtained by reacting/curing the polyurethane resin composition containing the graft polyether polyol and polyisocyanate is excellent in flexibility, heat resistance, weatherability and mechanical strength.
