Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a membrane type flowmeter for preventing erroneous integration of a flow caused by the vibration or the like of magnets provided at the periphery of a rotation body. SOLUTION: The membrane type flowmeter includes a measuring membrane reciprocated by the supply and discharge of a fluid; a magnet disk 6 provided with a plurality of magnets 6a-6d at the periphery; and a link mechanism for converting the reciprocating motion of the measuring membrane into the rotary motion of the magnet disk 6. The membrane type flowmeter measures the flow of a fluid by detecting the magnetic field generated by the plurality of magnets 6a-6d when the magnet disk 6 is rotated. The membrane flowmeter also includes a vibration restraining means 7 for restraining the vibration of the magnet disk 6. The vibration restraining means 7 is composed of an elastic member such as a coil spring and presses the upper face of the magnet disk 6 by the elastic member. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
