Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally-conductive member which can prevent scattering of graphite powder, is easily manufactured, is made into a thin film, and also raises thermal conductivity in the thermally-conductive member using a graphite sheet, and to provide an electronic device using the same. SOLUTION: The thermally-conductive member 10 has a thermal conductor part 11 consisting of the graphite sheet having high thermal conductivity in the plane direction, a metal plated coating 12 is formed on it so as to cover at least a peripheral edge part of the thermal conductor part 11, and the electronic device is equipped with such a thermally-conductive member 10.
