PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide overall fitness data by comprehensively evaluating data on the basis of any evaluation among an exercise, nutrition, medical treatment and lifestyle. SOLUTION: A total fitness evaluation system includes: a means for receiving user's fitness evaluation measure data from a user's terminal; a means for authenticating the user; a means for evaluating a scientific base about interdependence of five evaluation measures on the basis of the creation and demonstration experiment of evaluation measures of mental data based on the scientific base with reference to the exercise, nutrition, medical treatment and lifestyle stored in a database server device and five pieces of evaluation axial data to calculate the user's overall fitness guide; and a means for sending the calculated fitness guide to the user's terminal.
