PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for comprehensive search of disease target molecules on the (glyco)protein level utilizing disease model animals capable of analyzing diseases difficult to analyze in humans, to provide a method for carrying out low-invasive and comprehensive diagnosis irrespective of the presence or absence of an antibody, and to provide target molecules (markers) capable of identifying the diseases. SOLUTION: Proteins or glycoproteins exhibiting behaviors in genetic disease animals are compared with serum samples of the non-disease and the disease to thereby carry out the comprehensive search of disease markers associated with the genetic diseases.
