Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for comprehensive search of disease target molecules on the (glyco)protein level utilizing disease model animals capable of analyzing diseases difficult to analyze in humans, to provide a method for carrying out low-invasive and comprehensive diagnosis irrespective of the presence or absence of an antibody, and to provide target molecules (markers) capable of identifying the diseases. SOLUTION: Proteins or glycoproteins exhibiting behaviors in genetic disease animals are compared with serum samples of the non-disease and the disease to thereby carry out the comprehensive search of disease markers associated with the genetic diseases. The expression of the markers is confirmed in the humans to thereby enable development of a new molecular target agent or risk diagnosis for human diseases. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
