Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission apparatus to a pre-treating part of a combine harvester for eliminating clogging of a transporting apparatus by reversely rotating and driving the transporting apparatus when the transporting apparatus of the pre-treating part of the combine harvester is clogged. SOLUTION: The power transmission apparatus to the pre-treating apparatus 3 of the combine harvester is composed by installing the pre-treating part 3 equipped with the transporting apparatus for raising up and reaping grain culms, and transporting the reaped grain culms to a threshing apparatus 5 at the rear, and interposing a transmission apparatus 34 for normal rotation equipped with a clutch for disconnecting and connecting power to a driving system for transmitting the power subjected to a speed change with a speed change gear 26 to the pre-treating part 3, and a one-way clutch 30 for the normal rotation for transmitting normal rotation power so as to synchronize and drive the pre-treating part 3 at a speed in proportion to a traveling speed. A transmission apparatus 35 for reverse rotation for transmitting reverse rotation power in parallel to the transmission apparatus 34 for the normal rotation is installed, and a clutch 43 for connecting and disconnecting the reverse rotation power is installed.
