PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication information control system capable of easily arranging communication information by giving a definite keyword to the communication information. SOLUTION: If a fax message is transmitted to a compound machine B of a user B and a compound machine C of a user C from a compound machine A of a user A, a transmission record is transmitted to a server device 2 from the compound machine A of the user A, and reception records thereto is transmitted to the server device 2 from each of the compound machine B of the user B and the compound machine C of the user C. Thereafter, the user A operates the compound machine A to select the transmitted transmission record from a list and sets a keyword. Then, if the user B intends to set a keyword on the reception record, since a keyword set in his or her own transmission record by the user A is transmitted as a candidate as the keyword given to the transmission/reception record in a data send/receive relation with the reception record, a keyword may be selected and set out of the keywords.
