Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve user support in various events such as a conference or an exhibition (providing the progress or congestion degree of each conference, the vacancy of a parking lot in the conference, and a live video of the congestion of a road). SOLUTION: A plurality of image information acquired from Web cameras 114a to 114c as different servers are displayed in frames on one Web page by functions of respective processing parts of a content distribution screen output part 103, a screen layout definition output part 104 and an image display screen output part 105. One of the image information of the respective frames is displayed in a predetermined specific frame, and the display source frame of the image information to be displayed in the specific frame is switched according to a script. When an event satisfying parameter condition information such as weather, day of the week, date and season occurs, the script associated with the parameter conditions is executed, and the image information to be displayed in the specific frame is switched.
