Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding gate equipped with a cope, which is excellently matched with the exterior structure of an open feeling and gives light impression. SOLUTION: The folding gate includes a cope 1, vertical sash bars 2, and links 3 provided between the vertical sash bars and folding laterally. The cope 1 is connected to the links 3. When the gate is folded, the links 3 are turned upward with the connection parts of the links 3 and the vertical sash bars as a fulcrum, resultantly the cope 1 is pushed upward with the links 3 to be turned upward.
