Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tunnel inner surface repairing material, simply and strongly fixing a FRP grating bar to the inner surface of a tunnel, preventing flaking of concrete, and achieving waterproofing. SOLUTION: This tunnel inner surface repairing material 1 is fixed to a concrete surface 7 of the tunnel 200 using an anchor bolt 4. The repairing material includes: the FRP grating bar 100, which is formed by arranging reinforcing bars made of fiber reinforced resin like a grating and shaped rectangular as a whole; a unburnable flexible plate 11 having the substantially same shape as the FRP grating bar 100; and a waterproof sheet 12 disposed between the FRP grating bar 100 and the unburnable flexible plate 11, wherein the FRP grating bar 100, the waterproof sheet 12 and the unburnable flexible plate 11 are integrally held at two or more portions by a holding means 20, and the holding means 20 is used to fix the repairing material to the concrete surface of the tunnel by the anchor bolt 4.
