PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer composition for an easily peelable sealant material, which can provide excellent sealant properties nearly equivalent to an unoriented polypropylene (CPP) film layer, especially adequate peelable property, and heat-seal property and which can be molded by extrusion-lamination molding, to provide an easily peelable film formed from the same and to provide a laminate having sealant layers. SOLUTION: The polymer composition moldable by extrusion-lamination molding is composed of (A) 99-90 parts by mass of one kind of polymer or polymer composition selected from an ethylene-(meth)acrylic acid copolymer (a1), an ionomer (a2) of an ethylene-(meth)acrylic acid copolymer, and a mixture (a3) of the copolymer (a1) and the ionomer (a2), and (B) 1-10 parts by mass of a methylpentene-based polymer, wherein the total amount of (A) and (B) is 100 parts by mass.
