Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content reproducing apparatus and a program for improving convenience in use by presenting the contents of a play-list in the mode which may be viewed visually in continuously reproducing a series of content in accordance with the play-list. SOLUTION: The content reproducing apparatus continuously reproduces a series of content in the registration sequence in the play-list. This content reproducing apparatus includes a display control device which respectively defines a plurality of pieces content registered in the play-list as structural elements, determines the rates of the structural elements in accordance with a ratio of reproducing time of individual content to that of all the pieces of content registered in the play-list, and displays, on the display screen, a bar graph in which the structural elements are arranged in accordance with the content reproducing sequence in the play-list.
