SOLUTION: A tube measurement device 10 includes: rails 16 (first rail 16a, second rail 16b) stretched in non-contact to the inner wall of the barrel 12 along an axial line of the barrel 12 concerning a hollow part 14 of the barrel 12; a distance sensor part 18 slidably attached to the rail 16 and for measuring a radial distance up to the inner wall of the barrel 12; a moving mechanism 20 for moving the distance sensor part 18 along the rail 16; and a controller 24 (personal computer or the like) for connecting a monitor 22 or the like.
