PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the technology capable of supplying temperature adjustment target fluid of which a temperature is precisely adjusted, to a temperature adjustment space, preventing freezing of, for example, a cooling coil as a temperature adjusting means, and preventing increase of manufacturing costs. SOLUTION: This temperature adjusting device 3 comprising a first temperature adjusting means 14, a second temperature adjusting means 15, a third temperature adjusting means 17 and a blower 16, further comprises a first temperature adjustment output control means 19 for controlling the output of the second temperature adjusting means 15 so that a temperature detected by the first temperature detecting means 18, of the temperature adjustment target fluid A after passing through the second temperature adjusting means 15 before passing through the third temperature adjusting means 17 is agreed with a first target temperature, a second temperature adjustment output control means 19 for controlling the output of the third temperature adjusting means 17 so that the temperature detected by the second temperature detecting means 11, of the temperature adjustment target fluid A in the temperature adjustment target space 2 is agreed with a second target temperature having the fixed temperature difference from the first target temperature, and an air distribution amount control means 19 for controlling the air distribution amount of the blower 16 so that an output value of the third temperature adjusting means 17 controlled by the second temperature adjustment output control means 19 is agreed with a target output value.
