Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a magnetic sensor in which a reduction in change width of output voltage between mutually adjoining magnetic detection channels is suppressed. SOLUTION: A plurality of magnetoresistive elements 31, 32, 33 each of which includes four magneto-sensitive sections are arranged linearly. Between mutually adjoining magnetoresistive elements out of these magnetoresistive elements 31, 32, 33, mutually adjoining magneto-sensitive sections are connected with pieces of wire W12a, W12b, W23a, W23b. Along with linearly arranging the plurality of magnetoresistive elements 31-33 like this, a range stretching over by a half of two magnetoresistive elements adjoining in their arrangement direction is constituted as one magnetic detection channel, and parts between magneto-sensitive sections adjoining in the magnetoresistive elements are constituted as boundaries of magnetic detection channels.
