Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To seismically reinforce a house etc. with a continuous footing while keeping the existing building supported by the existing continuous footing, and to achieve reduction of construction costs, shortening of a construction period, and increase of foundation strength. SOLUTION: The foundation structure of the house etc. is a unitary structure constructed by combining a mat foundation of a reinforced concrete structure having a wire penetrated through continuous footing rise skeletons, as a reinforcement, with the continuous footing. A seismically reinforcing structure of a house with the continuous footing is characterized by combining the mat foundation of a prestressed concrete base having the wire penetrated through the continuous footing rise skeletons, as the reinforcement, with the continuous footing, as a unitary structure.
