Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in a flow path forming member using at least a three-layer laminated member including a resin layer as an intermediate layer and a plurality of metal layers, air bubbles stay in the resin layer portion. SOLUTION: An oscillating plate member 2 is formed of the three-layer laminated member obtained by successively laminating a first layer 21 as the metal layer, a second resin layer 22 as the intermediate layer and a third layer 22 as the metal layer. Through-holes 9 as supply ports to supply ink from a common liquid chamber 8 to a pressure liquid chamber 6 are formed in the oscillating plate member 2. Regarding each hole 102 of the second layer 22, constituting the through-hole 9, the opening diameter on the downstream side in the ink flowing direction is larger than that of the hole 103 of the third layer 23, and the opening diameter on the upstream side in the ink flowing direction is smaller than that of the hole 101 of the first layer 21 disposed on the upstream side in the ink flowing direction.
