SOLUTION: A guidance control system 1 comprises a terminal 10, a server 21 connected to the terminal 10 and a guidance control device 22 connected to the server 21, and provides the guidance to the originating terminal 10. Furthermore, the server 21 selects guidance selection information and a variable guidance direction symbol for directing variation of the guidance, based on a calling signal transmitted from the terminal 10, and transmits them to the guidance control device 22. Meanwhile, the guidance control device 22 generates voice data for the guidance based on the guidance selection information received from the server 21 and the variable guidance direction symbol.
